As an employment attorney, Tacita assists Church leadership with managing its human resources, and ensuring that they understand and adhere to the laws involving employees.  In addition, she routinely trains leadership and Board members on the best practices in executing their responsibilities.  Tacita’s expansive litigation practice focuses on all types of litigation that can impact religious institutions and their service providers, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, premises liability, Church liability for the acts of employees and volunteers, and vendor disputes.  As an entertainment attorney, Tacita assists leadership with managing its ministries and related organizations that involve entertainment and entertainment-related issues.
